Will began his career as an auditor at a “Big Four” audit firm with specialized knowledge and experience in banking, retail, governmental, manufacturing and service industries.  He has 15 years of experience in the private sector with a publicly-traded national retailer with over 400 store locations and $1.4 Billion in sales, with Senior Management roles as Director of Internal Audit, Corporate Controller, Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer. He has significant experience in internal audit management, SEC reporting, audit planning and supervision, treasury management, budgeting and forecasting, and financial statement preparation.

Will provides services to companies in a variety of specialized industries including retail and distribution, higher education and other not-for-profit entities, financial institutions, and service industry. He has significant experience with regulatory compliance matters, internal control design, and financial forecasting and treasury management. He has assisted several clients in performing organizational risk assessments and in correcting internal control deficiencies.
